Makeup: my top 3 staple items

When it comes to makeup, all I want is coverage with a hint of cute and classy. These three products do just the trick.

  • Revlon: ColorStay Liquid Eye Pen Classic. Think perfect wings. Seriously. If you’re wondering where I get enough power to slay a man, it’s from the wings I create with this eyeliner, okay. But for real, I absolutely love this eyeliner. It goes on so smoothly, is perfectly pitch-black, and provides a hint of shine. It’s the best eyeliner I’ve ever used, and has been my favorite product for as long as I can remember.
  • Maybelline: Instant Age Rewind Concealer. For the longest time, all I was using for makeup was a light powder. I was pretty hesitant to try liquid items, as I have sensitive skin, but after reading the reviews for this particular concealer, I decided to purchase this item – the first ever liquid-based item I had ever applied for face coverage. I’m sure this is widely known/used, and for good reason. This concealer instantly brightens my under-eyes and my face in general. And the applicator is kinda fun too, heh.
  • Too Faced: Born This Way Undetectable Medium-to-Full Coverage Foundation. You guuuys. After powder foundations for years (which was perfectly fine for me for a while, don’t get me wrong), I’m so glad I finally decided to try a liquid-based foundation. Again, very hesitant about liquid products, but I have nothing but positive things to say about this foundation. It provides a soft and glowy coverage, and the best part is how natural it looks on my skin. I’ve been using it for around 3 months now. Absolutely love.

Those are my 3 staple items. Let me know if you have any favorites you’d like to share. (:

xo.
